Show room Hours:  Monday – Sat 9am-6pm  Sunday  9am – 2pm

No appointments necessary, however if you would like to meet with our sale associates to discuss your up coming events an appointment is recommended. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery

All deliveries and pickup are made Monday to Sunday between 9:00 to 5:00 PM with no restrictions; any attempt to make a pick or delivery will result in extra changes. All deliveries and pick are generally to the ground floor  or to elevator buildings any flight of stairs are subjected to additional charges.

Pricing

Pricing quoted is for a one day charge, depending on delivery and pickup dates. If you wish to rent items over an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates.

We require a deposit for all reservations, the balance is due before your order goes out. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment.  If you choose to pay by cash or check, we require a credit card to be placed on file for security purposes only. 

If you would like rental services and items that are not listed on our website, feel free to contact one of our sales associates by calling (718) 708-6118-9. We are constantly adding new rental items to our inventory and may not have updated our website.

Tables and chairs should be stacked in the manner in which it was delivered. All china, should be food free, glassware should be liquid free and should packed in their delivery containers. All Linens should be dry  to avoid mildew.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no charge for items canceled more than 7 days prior to. Because all reserved equipment is prepared. NO Linen items can be canceled within 48 hours of your event. A 50% deposit is required on all tent rentals, If we have to come to your location to measure tent area a $50.00 is required which goes towards the rental of your tent. Otherwise it is no refundable. All other Specialty items must be canceled at least 7 days prior to or there will be an additional charge.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. If you locate and return any missing items, your account will be credited. Any damaged inventory for which you are charged will be available for 10 days following your event if you wish to pick-up these items.
